Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions

Panacea Holistic Center, Inc (“Panacea Holistic Center”, "we", or "us") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Mobile Messaging Terms"). By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
Program Description:
We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information.
Mobile messages may be sent using automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 3 messages per month. You agree that we, our affiliates, and any third-party service providers may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any related topics. These messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes.
We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program, but standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile provider's terms.
User Opt-In:
By providing your mobile phone number, you are voluntarily opting into the Program and agreeing to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the phone number associated with your opt-in. This applies even if your number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide is valid, and you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number. If you change or no longer own the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at panacea.hirudotherapy@yahoo.com.
Participation in the Program is completely voluntary and is not required to make any purchase.
User Opt-Out and Support:
You may opt out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving mobile messages, reply "STOP," "QUIT," "CANCEL," "OPT-OUT," or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message.
For assistance, reply "HELP" to any message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the above commands, and we will not be liable for failing to honor requests that don't comply with these Mobile Messaging Terms.
We may also change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Program and will notify you of any such changes. You acknowledge that requests sent to an old number or short code may not be received by us.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability:
The Program is provided "as-is" and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. Neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
Modifications:
We may modify or cancel the Program, its features, or these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any modifications will take effect when posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of those modifications.
